DURAPID – The cost effective standard knife - By use of a modern forging process, a hardened inlay is bounded to a soft back. Special heat treat furnaces ensure a good  microstructure and balance of hardness and toughness.

CHROMALIT – (12% Solid Chrome Steel Quality for Trimmer knives)

Especially popular for three trimmer bottom  knives, CHROMALIT  knives are made from high carbon, high chrome steel and are through hardened.

DURITAN -  (18 % Tungsten HSS inlaid OEM knife quality)

The premiere high speed inlaid knife. An 18 % Tungsten High Speed Steel inlay provides a cutting edge that is  more abrasion resistant than standard steel knives. Expect 3 to 5 times longer life than standard knives.

INCOMET – TCT (Tungsten Carbide) –IKS Klingelberg provides you the most proven  and preferred tungsten carbide knife in the world. Our INCOMET-TCT knives combine super sharpness with high wear resistance. When properly serviced and in the correct application, INCOME-TCT knives will outperform standard steel knives up to 20 times.
