This machine has a history of being a very strong and durable machine. It adapts itself naturally to a large format foiling machine, incorporating a Spiess stream feeder and pallet delivery. The guarding system uses the latest interlocked safety switches to prevent accidental opening. For all round visibility and safety, six doors are fitted. These in no way impede the operation of the machine. Make ready is made easier on the machine due to the way the feed board hinges up, this allows the operator virtual total access to the cylinder. Low profile impression and delivery grippers ensure that the foil is not marked in any way. Two electronic front lay sheet detectors prevent the cylinder from accidental cycling on impression. B & H Hot Foil Conversion At B & H Print Engineers Ltd are specialised in the last 15 years rebuilding these machines to a high standard. Two foil pulls as standard, precision stepper motor driven for total accuracy of foil pull. Features include: Step and repeat, impression counter, foil metering, foil alarm, holograms ( optional extra ). The
heat plate has six individual temperature controllers ranging from 0
to 300 C, allowing each zone to be set as different temperatures.
Foil usage is 1500ft. Typical Applications:
